Bridging ERC-20 Token

Bridging ERC-20 Token from L2 to Sepolia (L1)

Visit the rollup bridge at https://testnet-rollup-bridge.altlayer.io and ensure you are on the withdraw tab.

Select the Multi-sequencer test ERC-20 token from the token selector. Input the amount to withdraw, click the "Withdraw" button and confirm the transaction on your wallet.

Once your transaction is confirmed, you need to wait for the withdrawal transaction commitment to be posted to Sepolia (L1).

Once transaction commitment is posted, the challenge period will begin. This is the period where any verifier can challenge the transaction commitment if it is fraudulent.

Once the challenge period is over and there is no successful challenge, you can withdraw your ERC-20 token on Sepolia (L1.).

Switch your network back to Sepolia (L1).

Click on the "Finalize Withdrawal" button and confirm the transaction on your wallet.

Once your transaction is successful, you will receive your ERC-20 on Sepolia (L1).

If you are using metamask, you can click the "Add to Metamask" icon to import the token into your Metamask wallet.
