Multi-VM Support

AltLayer natively supports WASM and EVM implemented in WASM. As the native run-time is WASM, it becomes possible to support other non-EVM runtimes. Therefore, users can launch rollups that use a variety of settlement layers such as Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum and others.
