Staking/Slashing Layer

As both shared sequencing and verification assumes a network of nodes, one needs to ensure that the network does not have sybils and therefore the Beacon Layer comes with a staking mechanism that requires each network participant to deposit a sufficient amount of economic collateral that can be slashed in case a malicious behavior is detected and can be proven.
